The report was released in the presence of Dr. Ekroop Caur, IAS, Secretary, Department of Electronics, Information Technology, Biotechnology and Science & Technology, Government of Karnataka and takes a deep dive into the exponential rise of U.S. GCCs in Karnataka through six main levers of growth – maturity of incumbers, next gen technologies, global roles, innovation, regulatory policies and support and DEI/ESG impact.

The AMCHAM-Uber report ‘Shaping the Future of Work: How Digital Platforms are Creating Sustainable Opportunities in the Gig Economy’ highlights the emerging future of work scenario in the gig economy through digital platforms and imperatives required to provide a policy and regulatory framework for its sustained growth that safeguards the fundamental rights of gig workers. The report was released on September 30th at ‘Tech-Scape Telangana’ in Hyderabad by Mr. D. AMCHAM released Partners in Progress: U.S. Industry in India on August 8th at AMCHAM’s 32nd Annual General Meeting in New Delhi. The publication showcases 58 member organizations that continue to embrace opportunities contributing to India’s growth story. U.S. industry recognize that access to quality education helps to break the cycle of generational poverty, contributes to business growth and builds strong economies. They have well-planned, researched and strategic approaches to CSR with robust monitoring mechanisms to measure the impact of their efforts.
