Refund Policy

Once paid fees for the membership application processing and other events are non-refundable. AMCHAM India reserves the right to cancel or postpone events organized, however, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed event.

AMCHAM India would not be held liable in case of payment gateway failure. Once the payment is received by AMCHAM India, refund will be subject to authentic reasoning followed by an approval from the Director General CEO and Honorary Treasurer. The refund amount would not exceed from the amount received by AMCHAM India’s bank account.

After obtaining approval for refund, the recipient would be held liable for gateway charges deducted at the time of receipt and payment and would be refunded the amount after adjusting such charges. The refund amount will be credited to the same card/bank account through which it was received. This refund policy can be modified, altered or updated without any prior notice.
