The Chairman of AmCham’s Economic Affairs Committee, Mr. Atul Dhawan, National Leader, Clients & Markets, Regional Managing Partner (North) Deloitte Haskins & Sells; a member of AmCham’s National Executive Board, Mr. Ramkumar Ramamoorthy, Senior Vice President, Cognizant Technology Solutions; and Executive Director of AmCham, Mr. Ajay Singha, met Mr. Amitabh Kant, Secretary, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, Government of India, on 8th July 2015 in his office to invite him for a two-phased interaction with AmCham. The Secretary has agreed to meet AmCham members to discuss issues to be taken up in the U.S.-India Strategic and Commercial Dialogue. On the same occasion, he will also interact with members on individual company matters which need to be resolved for efficient business functioning. The date of the proposed meeting will be announced shortly.
