The recommendations encompassed suggested areas of reform the Government of India may consider in executing her defense offset policy so as to incentivize greater technology transfer, more effective and expedient offset work share (including sourcing and manufacturing), and a reduced cost environment surrounding defense acquisition. Prepared by AmCham’s Defense Committee, the documnet was submitted on 2nd June 2015. (This document is not public).
