At the invitation of Mr. Rajiv Aggarwal, Joint Secretary, Department of Industrial Policy & Promotion, Government of India, Mr. Ajay Singha, Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in India (AmCham India); and Mr. Rishi Shah from Deloitte called on Mr. Aggarwal on 16th September 2015 to discuss the issues presented in the document prepared by AmCham with the help of Deloitte for U.S.-India Commercial Dialogue which is schedule to take place in Washington D.C. on September 20-22, 2015.
DIPP appreciated the presentation and work done for the Dialogue. A post dialogue assessment and “the way forward” would be organised with DIPP in the first week of November. Learnings from the U.S.-India Strategic and Commercial Dialogue would be discussed.
