Consultation Session on CERT-In Directions 2022 with Mr. Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Minister of State, Ministry of Electronic and Information Technology, Government of India – 10 June 2022
Under the chairmanship of Mr. Rajeev Chandrasekhar, Minister of State, Ministry of Electronic and Information Technology, Government of India, AMCHAM India participated in a consultation session on CERT-In Directions 2022 on June 10th in New Delhi. Ms. Valsa Williams, Advisor, AMCHAM and Consultant, Government Affairs and Public Policy, FTI Consulting and Ms. Yolynd Lobo, Head, Public Policy, Google Cloud, represented AMCHAM and shared industry issues and requests on the directives and FAQs. Concerns related with data validation, data localization, gradations of incident reporting time frame, simplification of 1st incident reporting, etc. were discussed at the meeting.
