AMCHAM sent a representation to Additional Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport and Highways highlighting concerns of the aggregator mobility industry under the MV Aggregator Guidelines 2020, regarding data protection and cybersecurity, licensing framework for the States and operational flexibility within the overall restrictions on commissions to drivers.
