AMCHAM’s Karnataka Chapter hosted an event on 30th January 2019 focussed on U.S. income tax – compliance and reporting, addressing tax reporting delinquencies and considering U.S. investments. The session was targeted towards assisting U.S. citizens and green card holders in Bengaluru to come into compliance with U.S. tax reporting responsibilities. In addition to tax reporting responsibilities, the presentation and interaction discussed advantages and disadvantages of different entity structures foreign investors may consider for their U.S. investments.
