With a special focus on ‘Technology & Innovation in Supply Chain: Best Practices at Instavans & BlackBuck’ an interactive round table discussion was organized by AmCham’s Supply Chain & Logistics Committee on Thursday, 21st April 2016 in Gurgaon. Mr. Nikhil Kush (E.I. DuPont India Pvt. Ltd.) Chairperson, AmCham’s Supply Chain & Logistics Committee, set the stage emphasizing the significance of supply chain disruption and supply chain aggregators in evolving industry practices.

Mr. Vinay Goel, Founder & CEO, Instavans, and Mr. Subramaniam, Co- Founder, BlackBuck Logistics, engaged with the participants through insightful presentations as well as their live demos on the android app, taking the audience step-by-step through the process and the advantages offered by truck aggregators. Participants shared their personal experiences and benefits of leveraging these specialised services. The discussions also illustrated the impact logistics and transportation can have on the overall business performance and the need for organizations to optimize their supply chain operations. Mr. Srini Sarangapani (Timken Engineering & Research India Pvt. Ltd.) Co-Chair Supply Chain & Logistics Committee, AmCham India, concluded the event with a vote of thanks.
