Tax, Tariff, & Regulatory Affairs Committee
The Tax, Tariff and Regulatory Affairs Committee takes stock of the ongoing tax and regulatory issues faced by members and makes appropriate representations to the government. It also keeps a tab on significant tax and regulatory developments and represents members’ concerns to the appropriate government authorities. The committee will focus on direct taxes code, GST regime, India-U.S. tax treaty, service tax, transfer pricing, etc. The committee organizes seminars, webinars and regular interactions for members.
