A meeting of AMCHAM’s Tax and Tariff Committee was held on 15th February 2018 in the Deloitte office, Gurgaon. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Neeru Ahuja, Partner, Business Tax, Deloitte Haskins & Sells LLP, with Ms. Garima Pande, Partner – Tax & Regulatory, Ernst & Young LLP, as the Co-Chair. The meeting discussed tax proposals announced in the Union Budget; issues relating to BEPS; anti-profiteering provisions and other challenges under GST.
