AMCHAM India took forward the industry’s requests for consideration on the draft Development Enterprise and Services Hub (DESH) Bill to Mr. B.V.R. Subrahmanyam, Commerce Secretary, Dept. of Commerce Ministry of Commerce and Industry and Mr. Anurag Jain, Secretary, Dept. for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry to enhance the functioning and ease of doing business in SEZs legislation on July 9th 2022 and July 8th, 2022.
