Request for intervention to facilitate the loading of Essar Cargo for LNG Canada Project at Essar Port

The Energy Committee at AMCHAM made a representation to the Joint Secretary (Americas), DPIIT, Ministry of Commerce & Industry on 26th April 2022 with a request for intervention to facilitate the loading of Essar Cargo for LNG Canada Project at Essar Port i.e., allow the named cargo for the LNG Canada project, fabricated in Hazira, Gujarat to be loaded from Essar Bulk Terminal Ltd. under special permission which overrides the disputes between the existing and new owners for the infrastructure and is obstructing the loading of the Essar Cargo
