Representation to the Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport and Highway (MORTH) on MV Aggregator Guidelines ?

A representation was sent on 1st February 2024 to the Secretary, Ministry of Road Transport and Highway (MORTH) thanking the Ministry for having considered the AMCHAM inputs on MV Aggregator Guidelines positively and incorporating suggestions in the form of a revised MV Aggregator Guidelines. The committee also urged the Ministry to ensure that it provides a fair, transparent and progressive regulatory ecosystem through MV Aggregator Guidelines to ensure a level playing field for all the players, though using different aggregator platforms.
