AMCHAM in response to a meeting held by the Additional Secretary, MORTH sent a representation for consideration by the Ministry while reconsidering the rules under the guidelines, including, aligning the data localisation and cybersecurity requirements of the MV Aggregator Guidelines, 2020 with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, matter regarding calculation of commissions and periodicity of the commissions.
