Representation on Sixty Days of GST – Implementation Challenges

AMCHAM’s Tax, Tariff and Regulatory Affairs Committee sent a representation to Mr. Hasmukh Adhia, Secretary, Department of Revenue, on the implementation challenges for the first sixty days of GST. A copy of the letter was also sent to Mr. Alok Shukla, Joint Secretary (TRU-I), Central Board of Excise & Customs. A similar letter was addressed to Ms. Vanaja N. Sarna, Chairperson, Central Board of Excise & Customs with a copy to Mr. Alok Shukla, Joint Secretary (TRU-I), Central Board of Excise & Customs.
