The discussion focussed on ESG becoming a mainstream topic for businesses and investors, the unparalleled opportunity to drive untapped value, net-zero strategies and integrating ESG considerations into business operations as well as funding mechanisms beyond the conventional sources. The session also generated discussion on issues like decarbonization as a global imperative and priority for businesses, risks and opportunities for businesses from climate change and innovative financing mechanisms for green capital.
