On April 25^th, AMCHAM’s Tamil Nadu Chapter held an open house meeting with the Guidance Bureau to address ease of doing business (EoDB) challenges faced by U.S. companies operating in the state. The session was led by Mr. Gaurav Daga, Associate Vice President, Guidance Tamil Nadu, who assured that such meetings would now be held bi-monthly at their office. He took note of the concerns raised by members and assured that they would be addressed in due course. Mr. Daga also presented the latest initiatives of the Guidance Bureau, including the single window portal designed to streamline investments by global companies in Tamil Nadu. The next meeting is scheduled for July at the Guidance Tamil Nadu office.
