On September 25^th, AMCHAM’s Tamil Nadu Chapter met with Mr. Kumar Jayant IAS, Additional Chief Secretary, IT & Digital Services Department, Government of Tamil Nadu in Chenni to discuss addressing ease of doing business challenges, particularly in the IT/ITES sectors. Mr. Jayant committed to appointing an additional executive at the Guidance Bureau to support U.S. companies with such issues. He expressed his willingness to attend upcoming AMCHAM events where he will address policy and advocacy in the IT sector in Tamil Nadu.
