As part of government outreach, AMCHAM’s Tamil Nadu Chapter met Mr. Gaurav Daga, Associate Vice President, Guidance Bureau, Government of Tamil Nadu in Chennai on January 14th. During the meeting, discussions were held to invite the Honourable Minister for Industries and Commerce to AMCHAM’s Tamil Nadu Chapter signature conference. Mr. Gaurav Daga assured his support in facilitating the invitation and also agreed to connect AMCHAM with leading U.S. companies operating in Tamil Nadu, as well as newly established U.S. companies in the state. He further confirmed the participation of the Guidance Bureau, with Managing Director, Dr. Darez Ahamed, IAS, attending the conference, reinforcing the strong partnership between AMCHAM and the Government of Tamil Nadu in promoting U.S.–Tamil Nadu economic collaboration.
