AMCHAM met with Mr. Deependra Singh Kushwah, IAS, Development Commissioner (Industries) and Export Commissioner, Government of Maharashtra, along with senior representatives from Zoniqx on January 6th in Mumbai. The meeting was attended by Mr. Elvis Rodrigues, Chief Product Officer, Zoniqx, Mr. Jaya Kumar, Chief Advisor, Zoniqx, and Ms. Rakhi Sikka, Regional Director – Western Region, AMCHAM. The meeting focused on introducing Zoniqx and its work with government and sovereign entities, and on discussing opportunities in the tokenisation space in Maharashtra in line with the Hon’ble Chief Minister’s announcements, particularly in the context of supporting the state’s industrial and digital innovation agenda through public–private collaboration and potential pilot initiatives, with the Development Commissioner encouraging further engagement and sharing of detailed proposals.
