AMCHAM met with Mr. Clay Hamilton, Minister Counselor for Agricultural Affairs, U.S. Embassy on May 21^st in New Delhi to share about the purpose of AMCHAM’s annual door knock delegation to Washington DC in June 2024 and seek his inputs. Trade, technology, food security and women in farming were the main points discussed. He also talked about possible collaboration in agricultural research and creating a win-win model for both countries. Ms. Joanna Brown, Agricultural Attache, U.S. Embassy and Dr. Santosh K. Singh, Senior Agricultural Specialist, U.S. Embassy joined the meeting.
