On October 29th, members of AMCHAM’s Karnataka Chapter met with Dr. Manjula N., IAS, Secretary, Department of Electronics, Information Technology, Biotechnology, and Science & Technology, and Secretary, Infrastructure Development Department, Government of Karnataka in Bengaluru. The meeting served as an opportunity for members to introduce themselves and reaffirm the strong and enduring partnership that U.S. industry has built with Karnataka over the years. The discussions highlighted the state’s continued support for innovation, technology-driven growth, and investment facilitation — factors that have made Karnataka a preferred destination for U.S. businesses in sectors such as IT, advanced manufacturing, life sciences, and R&D. Members appreciated the government’s proactive engagement and shared their commitment to deepening this collaborative relationship, aligning with the shared vision of advancing Karnataka’s position as a global hub for technology and innovation.
