AMCHAM’s Ethics & Compliance Committee organized its year end committee meeting virtually on December 5^th. The meeting featured a fireside chat with Mr. Yogesh Goyal, Senior Vice President, Group Head Ethics & Compliance, Infosys. He shared his perspectives around the role of compliance heads in present times, corruption and anti-bribery risk management, technology, AI and compliance transformation, building strong compliance culture, and third parties.
