AMCHAM’s Defense Committee held a meeting on November 25^th in New Delhi under the leadership of Mr. Alain Garcia, Chairman – Defense Committee, AMCHAM and Vice President, International Business Development, Boeing Defense Space & Security, Boeing India Defense and Mr. Gaurav Mehndiratta, Co-Chairman – Defense Committee, AMCHAM and Partner and Head – Aerospace & Defence, KPMG India. The committee welcomed Brigadier General Patrick Teague, Senior Defense Official and Defense Attache, U.S. Embassy. Members discussed government and industry participation at AeroIndia 2025, the proposed defense whitepaper release by AMCHAM in 2025, industry’s revised proposal with the GoI for defense MRO and the exercise on preparation of recommendations on amendments to DAP 2020.
