AMCHAM’s Anti-corruption and FCPA Compliance Committee organised a committee meeting on April 18th, 2024 at Amazon office in Gurugram. The theme of the meeting was emergence of new risks. The members shared issues that consumed majority of their work time in the past year and also deliberated upon newer areas of compliance risks. Discussions revolved around customs risks, new age technology risks, operational challenges in specific states and third party risks.
