AMCHAM’s Karnataka Chapter, in partnership with CBRE and NTT Data, hosted an interactive session on ‘Connected Data Centres with Secure Edge-To-Cloud Managed Network’ on November 17th in Bengaluru. The session explained that while Data Centers were critical to the functioning of the economy and society as a whole, a secure, edge-to-cloud managed network was equally important. From remote working and distance learning to healthcare and business transactions, data centers provide the necessary impetus for all stakeholders to thrive and survive in today’s environment. In an inter-connected future the data center ecosystem will play a pivotal role in bringing businesses, their partners and their customers together and in facilitating exponential growth. The session covered the following topics: data center market insights, trends and technologies from a data center standpoint, the connected data center, new innovations in the DC industry, sustainability and how NTT is driving the same and what differentiators to look at when building a data center.
