The Anti-Corruption & FCPA Compliance Committee organized an interactive session ‘News from the Ground: A Session on Compliance Trends & Forecasts’ on October 15th through Webex. Mr. Gaurav Ajmani, Chairman – Anti-Corruption & FCPA Compliance Committee, AMCHAM and Associate General Counsel, Business Conduct & Ethics, Amazon Seller Services gave opening remarks and introduced the speakers. The guest speakers were Mr. Dinesh Anand, National Managing Partner – Risk, Grant Thornton Bharat LLP and Mr. Samir Paranjpe, Partner and National Leader – Forensics, Grant Thornton Bharat LLP. The session centered around the emerging trends in the compliance world, common fraud trends across sectors, whistle blower trends and key anti-fraud considerations. The presentation was followed by a Q&A session with participants. Ms. Bhawna A. Ranganadhan, Co-Chairperson – Anti-Corruption & FCPA Compliance Committee, AMCHAM and Vice President, Legal and Compliance, Genpact gave the concluding remarks.
