The Karnataka Chapter of the American Chamber of Commerce in India had a breakfast session on April 27th in Bengaluru with Mr. Mark Dorsett, Vice President, Global Operations and Strategic Partnership, Prosci Inc. and their Indian affiliate, Marg (training and business transformation firm), team in an open forum discussion on the best practices for change management – for changes that organizations are encountering or initiating. Mr. Dorsett talked about the importance of having a structured approach to change management, best practices in change management and the role of sponsor (business leaders) during a change scenario.
