AMCHAM’s Karnataka Chapter hosted an engaging and interactive session on February 23rd on understanding the labour codes, in partnership with Khaitan & Co. The session focussed on the updated labour codes and what they mean for India’s workforce. Subject matter expert, Mr. Vinay Joy, Partner, Khaitan & Co. and Ms. Srishti Ramakrishnan, Senior Associate, Khaitan & Co. discussed the broad changes proposed to labour codes and how it can affect companies and employees. The session was well attended by AMCHAM member companies.
