It has always been Amcham’s endeavor to bring thought leaders to share their experiences and views with our members as a means to encourage, inspire and guide. Amcham’s HR Committee was pleased to organize a session “Can I have it all” with Ms. Anuranjita Kumar, Managing Director, Chief Human Resources Officer, Citi South Asia on Wednesday ,10th June 2015 in Mumbai.
The session was based on her upcoming book titled “Can I have it all” which talks about her journey as a woman leader in a complex, global corporate environment. Using personal anecdotes and drawing upon the experiences of other women, the session showcased key learnings that allowed Anu to stay on the leadership journey and defined experiences at various life stages, juxtaposed with key life lessons such as the value of Clarity, Conviction, Courage, Collaboration etc. The forum also provided a unique opportunity to interact with Ms. Anuranjita Kumar, , also named as HR Leader of the Year recently at the 2015 ABP News HR and Leadership Awards.
