A meeting of AMCHAM’s Tax and Tariff Committee was held on 16th November 2018 in the office of Ernst & Young, Mumbai. The meeting was chaired by Ms. Garima Pande, Chairperson – Tax And Tariff Committee, AMCHAM and Partner – Tax and Regulatory, Ernst & Young LLP. Ms. Madhvi Kataria, Deputy Director General, AMCHAM, welcomed members and Ms. Garima Pande gave opening remarks. The following three presentations were made followed by an interactive session: ‘Recent Developments in Transfer Pricing,’ ‘Fiscal Incentives Across India,’ and ‘Latest Update, Issues and Way Forward.’
