A webinar on Finance Act 2020 was conducted on April 6th by AMCHAM’s Taxation, Tariff & Regulatory Affairs Committee, in partnership with KPMG in India. The webinar comprehensively discussed the Finance Act 2020, provision of Equalisation Levy in the act that impacts e-commerce organizations and other amendments made vis a vis the proposals in the Finance Bill 2020.
