Following the meeting with Ms. Debashree Mukherjee, Joint Secretary, Prime Minister’s Office, Mr. Jaijit Bhattacharya, Co-Chairman, AMCHAM’s Infrastructure and Smart Cities Committee and Partner, KPMG in India, Mr. Raman Kumar, Associate Director, Civil & Infrastructure – WUD, AECOM, and Ms. Ranjana Khanna, Director General CEO, AMCHAM India, had a discussion with Mr. Hitesh S. Makwana, Executive Director (Projects), National Mission for Clean Ganga on September 6th, 2017 as a follow-up on the Ganga Action Plan. Mr. Makwana shared an update on the proposed project in Haridwar. It was suggested that a follow-up meeting be done with Dr. Raghav Langer, Program Director (National Mission for Clean Ganga) and Additional Secretary (Sustainable Development Goals – 2030), in the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation.
