AMCHAM’s Infrastructure & Smart Cities Committee held a meeting on September 29^th virtually under the leadership of Mr. Rajesh Dhar, Infrastructure & Smart Cities Committee, AMCHAM and Senior Director, Industry Vertical Sales, Hewlett Packard Enterprise and Mr. Sanjay Chadha, Co-Chairman – Infrastructure & Smart Cities Committee, AMCHAM and Head of Public Policy and Government Affairs, Uber India and South Asia. Ms. Mehnaz Ansari,  Sr. Regional Representative – Indo Pacific Region, U.S. Trade and Development Agency and the Chair of the Working Group on Data Centres (under AMCHAM’s Infrastructure & Smart Cities Committee) Mr. Vivek Dahiya, Managing Director and Head – Data Centre Advisory Team, Asia Pacific, Cushman and Wakefield participated. Representatives from Cisco, Honeywell, FTI, Microsoft, Trimble, CBRE, Smiths, Rockwell Automation and Blackstone attended the meeting. Discussions focussed on the review of past activities and the committee decided to explore sectoral activities focused on road safety, data centres, ports and railways, mobility and aggregators, smart cities and construction technologies.
