The webinar covered the effects of border and consular closings, continuing compliance obligations with USCIS still accepting filings, rules related to work from home arrangements, rules relating to wage reductions, furloughs and layoffs, relaxed USCIS rules regarding certain filings deadlines and I-9 employment and eligibility compliance, an update on H-1 B lottery results and petition filing challenges and views on the road ahead.
