AMCHAM’s Defense Committee met on April 14th over a Zoom call. The meeting was held under the leadership of Mr. Michael Koch, Chairman – Defense Committee, AMCHAM and Vice President, Boeing Defense, Space & Security, Mr. Nik Khanna, Co-Chairman – Defense Committee, AMCHAM and Managing Director, India, BAE Systems, Mr. Gaurav Mehndiratta, Co-Chairman – Defense Committee, AMCHAM and Partner and Head – North India, Corporate & International Tax, KPMG India and CAPT Daniel Fillion, Honorary USG Chair – Defense Committee, AMCHAM and Chief, Office of Defense Cooperation, U.S. Embassy. The Defense Committee members deliberated points and recommendations for submission to the Ministry of Defence on the Draft DPP 2020. Mr. Mehndiratta and Mr. Rajat Duggal, Director – Aerospace & Defense, KPMG, also ran the participants briefly through their assessment of the Draft DPP 2020.
