Ethics & Compliance Committee
The Ethics & Compliance Committee empowers U.S. companies in India to champion integrity and navigate anti-corruption risks. It serves as a dynamic forum for members to share insights on compliance and legal trends, codes of conduct, and best practices.
Committee objectives:
- Advance robust and transparent compliance frameworks across member organizations.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and peer learning on anti-corruption and ethics practices.
- Track and interpret global and Indian regulatory developments affecting corporate compliance.
- Foster collaboration, innovation, and proactive policy engagement to strengthen ethical business practices.
Through regular discussions, expert briefings, and peer collaboration, the committee helps
