AMCHAM’s Karnataka Chapter, in partnership with Indeed, hosted a session on ‘Uncovering Blind Spots – Employer & Employee Perceptions on Diversity & Inclusion’ on February 25th virtually. In a recent survey Indeed surveyed 1,100 employers and 1,400 employees to understand their experiences and perception around diversity and inclusion at the workplace. The session included findings from the survey, insights and ideas for actions that could change how we approach diversity, inclusion and belonging. The session offered a sneak-peek into the key findings of this study with leaders to evaluate and arrive at possible interventions for emerging challenges facing the workforce. The session was moderated by Mr. Rohan Sylvester, Recruitment Evangelist, Indeed. The roundtable had representation from Ernst & Young, Saggezza – An Infostretch Company, Cognizant, Palo Alto Networks, Intuit and Thomson Reuters.
