AMCHAM raised concerns with the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology about the Import Management System implementation, requesting reinstatement of manufacturing/export incentives and reconsideration of server infrastructure inclusion. The key focus was on preventing disadvantages to companies that invested in local manufacturing and addressing specialized server/storage systems’ unique requirements.
