Members of the Medical Technology Committee met on August 14th under the leadership of Mr. Mandeep Singh Kumar, Vice Chairman, AMCHAM, Chairman – Medical Technology Committee, AMCHAM and Vice President and MD, India Medtronic and Mr. Aman Rishi, National Executive Board Member, AMCHAM, Co-Chairman – Medical Technology Committee, AMCHAM and Vice President and General Manager,  Stryker India, to discuss its proposed strategic priorities and initiatives for 2026–27. Members identified ease of doing business and a level playing field as two overarching priorities. This is supported by focused policy advocacy. Key areas discussed included building regulatory simplification, single-window clearances, addressing operational regulatory challenges, parliamentary engagement, and dedicated DC level MedTech advocacy.
