Ms. Ranjana Khanna, Director General CEO, AMCHAM and Ms. Geeta Poduval, Director, AMCHAM met with Ms. Gurneet Tej, Joint Secretary, Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade (DPIIT), Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India on November 13^th at her office in New Delhi. Discussions were held around partnership in industrial smart cities and emerging technologies that can help build world class industrial smart cities to make India one of the most preferred global investment destinations. Ms. Tej agreed to positively consider AMCHAM’s suggestions and collaborate to promote U.S.-India economic relations.
