The AMCHAM HR Committee was formed with the following three key pillars: ‘Lead, Build and Share’. The Committee aims to lead change to promote advocacy for critical areas in HR. To elaborate, it aims to build and drive initiatives for skill development, to consistently upgrade competence and provide an interactive platform for its members to be able to share best practices. The HR Committee discusses leadership for managing transformation, the building of organizational culture and values, strategic talent acquisition and development employee engagement, facilitating synergies across employee communities, better preparedness for foreseeing emerging risks.
