The Global Capability Center (GCC) Committee organized its first committee meeting virtually for FY 23-24 on Mr. Prakash Bodla, Chairman – GCC Committee, AMCHAM and MD & VP Global Engineering Carrier Technologies India Ltd. welcomed participants. He gave an overview of the committee highlighting the past year’s activities and initiatives undertaken. The committee discussed ways to engage more members by way of having meetings/events in different cities. Members decided to have topical sessions in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai, Gurugram and Hyderabad. Members also discussed exploring the north eastern region for opportunities for American GCCs. The committee decided to make a comprehensive document containing members’ issues and suggestions w.r.t. the operational GCCs in India.
