Eastern Region Annual Get-Together-7th December 2018

AMCHAM’s Eastern Region had its annual get-together over cocktails and dinner at the Tollygunge Club on December 7th, 2018. The evening brought together members, friends and supporters of the Eastern Region. Mr. Debdas Sen, Chairman – Eastern Region, AMCHAM, gave the opening remarks, Mr. Gulshan Sachdev, Eastern Region Executive Committee Member and National Executive Board Member, AMCHAM, spoke about the journey of the ER and its support to the American business community. Ms. Amada Kidwai, Regional Director – Eastern Region, AMCHAM, did the introductions. The U.S. Consulate was represented by Mr. Prasenjit Gupta, Consul, Pol/Econ Officer and Mr. Lee Calkins, Consular Section Chief, who gave brief remarks on the U.S. – India trade ties. Members, guests and Consulate officials had an opportunity to network with each other in an informal gathering.
