On 11th January 2018, the Anti-Corruption & FCPA Compliance Core Committee meeting took place in the Bausch & Lomb office in Gurugram. Opening remarks were made by Ms. Ritika Ratti, Chairperson – Anti-Corruption & FCPA Compliance Committee, AMCHAM and Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer & Head of Anti-Corruption, Walmart India.

There was an interactive discussion on how to measure the effectiveness of compliance training, both internal and external. Each member shared the tools that their organization uses to measure the effectiveness of internal trainings held throughout the year. The core committee also discussed the action plan for 2018 – 2019 and the potential topics for the 2018 FCPA Master Class.
