With the ongoing changes in India and global business environment coupled with COVID-19 challenges, there is an increasing momentum around anti-corruption and regulatory enforcement activity. The committee has been organizing an annual Anti-Corruption Compliance and Risk Management Master Class for the past 7 years and continues to do so. The class focuses on recent trends in FCPA and anti-corruption enforcement and how they affect corporate compliance programs, as well as how legislation affects business, both in the U.S. and abroad.
