In preparation for AMCHAM’s door knock in Washington DC June 7^th – 11^th, members of the delegation had a closed-door hybrid briefing with Ms. Amy Schedlbauer, Honorary National Executive Board Member, AMCHAM and Minister Counselor for Economic Affairs, U.S. Embassy and Mr. Christopher Elms, Spokesperson, U.S. Embassy on May 28^th at the Lockheed Martin office in New Delhi. Ms. Ranjana Khanna, Director General CEO, AMCHAM welcomed participants and provided a bit of background on the annual door knock. Members gleaned insights on the current state of the U.S.-India partnership and asked sector specific questions. Members shared opportunities and challenges in healthcare, trade, technology collaboration, defense, AI, global supply chain and data centers, among others. The interaction was beneficial for the door knock delegation to have productive discussions in DC.
