On December 5th at the EY office in Chennai, AMCHAM’s Tamil Nadu Chapter organized a roundtable on ‘Innovation & R&D in India – Building Global Competitiveness’ with Ms. Vanitha Venugopal, CEO, Tamil Nadu Technology Hub (iTNT). During the session, she highlighted the key initiatives undertaken by iTNT and the achievements accomplished so far. She expressed interest in collaborating with AMCHAM in the following areas: corporate innovation and challenge programs, start-up corporate connect and B2B matchmaking, leadership talks, workshops and capacity building, and CSR and innovation funding support. Ms. Vanitha further invited AMCHAM to participate in UMAGINE 2026, the annual flagship event of the TN Digital Services Department, scheduled for January 8th. She also looks forward to deeper collaboration with the Tamil Nadu Chapter, including conducting knowledge-sharing master classes led by AMCHAM experts.
