AMCHAM’s Western Region organized a farewell reception on July 2nd at the Bank of America office in Mumbai to bid a warm goodbye to Consul General Mike Hankey, marking the culmination of his distinguished three-year tenure in Mumbai. The reception was attended by members of the Western Region who came together to express their gratitude and extend best wishes. Consul General Hankey graciously shared his reflections on his time in Mumbai, highlighting memorable moments and the strong partnership built with the U.S. business community. He spoke about the importance of collaboration, mutual respect, and the vibrant role that AMCHAM plays in supporting U.S.-India trade and investment ties. Members shared their personal experiences of receiving the Consul General’s consistent support and guidance while working with the Consulate.
